http://Emotional literacy is one of the essential needs of human life to improve social relations and avoid some harms in the field of behavior and reduce crime in society. Emotional literacy is the awareness of emotions and how they affect the management of personal and social relationships so that a person can think correctly, recognize and receive and transmit emotions and feelings in the best way. Although this issue is more related to the fields of psychology and education; But its role can also be examined in police literature. In this research, the element of emotional literacy in the life of "Jalal Arian" - the first character of Ismail Fasih's novels - has been investigated by using the method of content analysis and comparative and comparative analysis and using library sources. Based on the results, Jalal Arian has been able to use all the five factors of emotional literacy of Goldman's theory to unravel eloquent criminal mysteries due to having a strong connection between the two circles of cognition and his emotions.
