Abstract
According to conciliationist (reductionist) argumentations in epistemology of disagreement, disagreement with an epistemic peer, due to epistemic symmetry, reduces the confidence in the justification. But many religious believers are not willing to take the existence of epistemic peer disagreement. They think that they have different evidence for their religious beliefs and, hence, aren’t really epistemic peers with their opponents. They present private evidence, especially religious experiences, as a symmetry breaker. For this reason, some reductionists have argued to defend the reductionist position. In this article, we examine the responses of the reductionists to this challenge. In one of these answers, it is added an “alternative explanation or story” to the conditions of epistemic peer and claimed that the true epistemic peer under full disclosure should takes into account private evidences or experiences and gives a good story or explanation about why such experiences aren’t as efficacious as the religious person might think. We show that the “alternative explanation” presented by reductionists is not readily available in the most of the religious disagreements.

Abstract
Decoding Bibis` Narration Abstract Myths and mythical narration have several meaning and several values. This means that myths and mythical narration in meaning horizon of every tex and course , can be changed in term of surface structure and deep structure .Bibis`s narrations have two structures .one concerned custom of marriage and other depends on religious experience. Bibis` myth and narration such as " Bibi Shahr e Banoo " in Rey and " Bibi Shah Zeinab " in Yazdel e Kashan even if they have victimizing deep structure of fairies but in Islamic periods considering the recreation of stories again and also the form and appearance of restructured buildings are the indicator of religious matter and its joint to the holy time atleast tendency to it , " mysterious " , " awe " , and " splendor " which is at extreme the reason of revelation of descriptions of holly time. these signs and revelations in details and structure of narrator stories and related buildings is appeared . Abstract
Our understanding of the reality of our knowledge and understanding of changing the way we know to be changed. To understand reality in faced with the complex realities in spiritual terms; we are forced to adopt methods that their main claim to discover hidden meanings and realize it is a fact.
Religious and mystical experience in understanding the phenomena are very spiritual and sacred mixed, reduced to social or psychological reality, they can understand and prevent the use of empirical phenomenology to understand religious experience makes it inevitable.
This article has attempted to offer gains over the experimental phenomenology and methodological principles of the present one, demonstrate the conceptual complexity of religious experience on the other hand, inevitably use this method to show understanding of religious experience And with providing a real example of the spiritual experience of pilgrimage in Iran empirical phenomenology emerges as an example for understanding the religious and mystical experiences are introduced.
