Abstract
The process of globalization and the formation of new competitive environment have not only led to the necessity of export for the economy of nations, but also to the survival and growth of many companies. The type of a company's strategic orientation is considered as one of the most important factors for export success. Among them is proactive versus reactive orientation. Being proactive is defined as a managerial understanding, in which an organization can affect its destination through the systematic analysis of opportunities and threats. On the other hand, being reactive indicates low levels of demand analysis and market research of an organization. It is expected that exporting companies with proactive strategic orientation enjoy a more successful exporting experience. In contrast, reactive strategic orientation undermines the export success of a company. Accordingly, the conceptual model of this study was formulated and four hypotheses were established based on this conceptual model. Through the data collected by a questionnaire from a sample of 34 exporting companies located in Mashhad (Iran), and then using regression analysis, the results obtained showed that proactive strategic orientation has a positive effect on export success and expected both export success. On the other hand, the negative impacts of reactive strategic orientation on export success and expected export success were rejected.

Abstract
Objective: Group A rotaviruses (GARV) are responsible for the vast majority of severe diarrhea worldwide that kills an estimated 600,000-870,000 children annually. Since infantile gastroenteritis is a main health problem, therefore diagnosis and treatment of this disease is crucial. Gene rearrangements have been detected in vitro during serial passages of the virus at a high multiplicity of infection (MOI) in cell culture, as well as in chronically infected immunodeficient individuals. In this study, we developed an RT-PCR method to detect and diagnose the standard and gene rearranged bovine rotavirus. Methods: Rotavirus RNA was extracted from confluent monolayers of infected MA-104 cells, stained with silver nitrate, and then electrophoresed in a 10% polyacrylamide gel. The full-length gene products that encoded the NSP1, 2, and 3 genes of the standard and rearranged rotavirus were amplified by RT-PCR using specific primers. Results: We observed rearranged NSP1 and NSP3 genes that had different migration patterns seen with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. NSP1, 2, and 3 gene segments from standard and rearranged rotaviruses were amplified by RT-PCR, then the complete nucleotide sequence of each gene was subjected to sequencing. The results showed the generation of gene rearrangement through serial passages of the bovine rotavirus RF strain. Conclusion: Serial passage of rotavirus in cell culture at a high MOI and chronic infection in immunodeficient target groups might alter rotavirus evolution. The methods utilized for detection and characterization of rotaviruses are continually evolving and being refined. Data collection is necessary to understand the molecular and antigenic features of the rotavirus in order to have a successful implementation of rotavirus studies and the development of a rotavirus vaccine. This study shows the importance of genetic variation and can provide valuable information about the amplification, diversity, biology, and evolution of rotaviruses.

Abstract
Philosophy for children is one of the most important and comprehensive approaches to teaching children how to think. It uses various methods such as games, movies, animations, discussions, and stories to teach children how to think philosophically. One of the tricks that can be used as an effective means to achieve the goals of this program is the category of "humor". On the one hand, humor is related to the themes of philosophy for children, such as democracy, moral virtues, creative and critical thinking, social interaction, discourse and routine experiences of children, and on the other hand, it is close to Iranian humor culture and spirit, which will have a positive and effective function in the philosophy program for children. Humor can also play a role in increasing the literary richness of such stories, attracting the children of the audience' and influencing them through philosophical stories without disturbing the functions of philosophy by playing a role in characterizing, releasing and reinterpreting signs in children's philosophical stories for children and contributing to achieving the goals of this program.
Extended Abstract
Philosophy for Children is one of the most effective new curriculum and educational approaches currently being voluntarily implemented in 150 countries around the world. In this program, various methods such as games, films and animations, discussions and stories are used to teach children how to think philosophically. The main tools used in this program are stories and the community of inquiry. The stories should be written in terms of philosophical richness and literary richness according to the standards of philosophy for children. Philosophical richness refers to the philosophical content and literary richness refers to the charm of a story to attract children's attention. In this study, the category of humor was introduced and the function it can have for the philosophical and literary richness of Fabak's stories as well as for the development of the Community of Inquiry. On the one hand, humor establishes a connection with the topics of philosophy for children, such as democracy, moral virtues, creative and critical thinking, social interaction, discourse, and daily experiences of children, because humor requires being in a group and being influenced and affected in a pleasant way. and on the other hand, it is close to the culture and humorous spirit of Iranians, and for this reason, it will have a positive and effective function in the philosophy program for children. because the alignment of the methods used in the Fabak program with the culture of the audience is one of the requirements for the successful implementation of this program. In discussing the literary richness of stories, humor, by creating philosophical characters, releasing and decoding symbols, plays an effective role in increasing the literary richness of these types of stories, attracting children and influencing them from philosophical stories. These characteristics make humor an effective element in the philosophy program for children, which effectively achieves its goals without disrupting the philosophical and literary richness of this program.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide a paradigmatic and systematic model for developing Iran’s science diplomacy, based on capabilities of the Imam Sadiq University and prioritizing its strategies. This study is based on data-driven management strategy and according to systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin wants in order to obtain paradigmatic model of the Science Diplomacy development and by using IPA methodology, has prioritized its strategies. For this purpose, 18 professors, experts and professionals of science diplomacy at the Imam Sadiq(AS) University have been identified and interviewed. At the next stage, by processing data and concepts, Level 1 and Level 2 concepts of the paradigmatic model have been obtained. At the next step, the strategies were prioritized using the opinions of 15 persons priorly selected as the sample. According to taken steps, it has become clear that moving towards the development of science diplomacy at the Imam Sadiq(AS) University due to its dynamic capabilities needs special qualifications and factors and special delicacies in its designs and plans. Some of results of implementing the science diplomacy at the Human Sciences Universities are as follows: enhancing the capabilities of the university, strengthening the international position of the Islamic Republic of Iran, dealing with the dysfunctions of the science diplomacy at the Human Sciences Universities and fulfilling the mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran towards the poor people of Muslim world. The "university internationalization" strategy also has the highest priority among the proposed strategies.
